As we are a small business with a limited staff, pickups and deliveries are scheduled in advance and offered as a courtesy for our shipping and storage clients.
For pickups, please have your items ready at the scheduled time and location. We only accept pickup and drop off requests with 24 hour advance notice and we only accept pickups 30 minutes after opening and 30 minutes before close. For deliveries, please be present and ready to receive your items at the scheduled time and place of delivery. If not ready at the scheduled time and location for pickups or deliveries, our staff may not be able to wait and we may have to reschedule and charge for an additional pickup or delivery attempt.
Request form submissions do not guarantee that the requested date and time will be available, though we will do our best to accommodate according to our team and vehicles' availabilities. Once submitted, we will email as soon as possible to confirm the appointment or make any necessary changes.
All pickups and deliveries are a flat rate for the first 10 items. After the 10th item the price is per item at a rate of $2.50/item for curbside and $5/item for inside.
Storage and pickup fees are charges at time of pickup. Delivery fees are charged at the time of delivery. Payment terms are full-term payment or monthly pre-payment with auto-pay through Square.
