Clark and Codey Noel took over ownership of Uncle Marty’s Shipping Office on January 1, 2024. The couple are excited to take the brand and Collegetown flagship location to new levels with plans to soon expand to a second location in Downtown Ithaca, as well as other new services and products that they hope to grow to continue to serve the community.

Clark started at Uncle Marty’s in October of 2018, working here off and on over the years while still finding time to graduate with highest honors from RIT in 2021 and land a coveted internship in 2021 in Copenhagen, Denmark. In August of 2022, Clark accepted a promotion to Store Manager, making him the first person to earn and rock that title in Uncle Marty’s history, and soon entered into discussions with Marty to take over ownership of the business in entirety, allowing it to remain a family business, keep the team solid, the mission focused, and the community served after Marty moved onto semi-retirement and other projects where he was needed.

Codey Noel is a teacher by trade, and after becoming engaged to Clark and helping at Uncle Marty’s, has fallen in love with the business, our guests and clients, and the Ithaca community. She is incredibly outgoing, positive, and a bright light to help guide our staff and goals.

Clark and Codey Noel are always thinking of new ways to do business, grow, and expand to meet the needs of our guests and clients. While not at work, you might spot the happy couple at the gym, enjoying trivia night, or working on their other business ventures, including Cantrip Cards & Games on Elmira Road and a game-changing app they’re developing that will be launched and announced soon!
