Schedule a Pickup or Delivery

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: As we are a small business with a limited staff, so pickups and deliveries are scheduled and paid for in advance. We only accept pickup and drop off requests with 24-hour advance notice and we only accept pickups 30 minutes after opening and 30 minutes before close.

 

For pickups, please have your items ready at the scheduled time and location. A staff member will call upon arrival. If you are not present and no contact is made or your items are not ready at the scheduled time and location the staff member will wait for 15-minutes after arrival. If you are not fully prepared within those 15-minutes your booking fee will be forfeit and you will need to pay for and schedule an additional pickup.

 

For deliveries, please be present and ready to receive your items at the scheduled time and place of delivery. Our staff will call upon arrival. If you are not ready at the scheduled time and location, the staff member will wait for 15-minutes after arrival. If you are not fully prepared within this time your booking fee will be forfeit and you will need to pay for and schedule an additional delivery.

 

Request form submissions do not guarantee that the requested date and time will be available, though we will do our best to accommodate according to our team and vehicles' availabilities. Once submitted, we will email as soon as possible to confirm the appointment or make any necessary changes.

 

All pickups and deliveries are a flat rate for the first 10 items. After the 10th item the price is per item at a rate of $2.50/item for curbside and $5/item for inside. Additional item pickup fees are charged at time of pickup. Additional item delivery fees are charged at the time of delivery.

 

Storage payment terms are monthly pre-payment with auto-pay through Square.
