- Dimensions (length, width, height)

- Weight

- Destination country and postal code

- Destination description (business, residence, military base, etc.)

- Declared value

- Packed already or unpacked

- Pickup needed or brought to store

- Number of boxes and other items being stored

- Approximate weight and dimensions of boxes and other items

- Boxes and packing materials needed

- Length of time storage is needed for (full semester, summer break, etc.)

- Additional value over $100 to be declared on any box or item

- Pickup needed or brought to store (if pickup needed, please tell when and where)
